Second Saturday Beacon is a city-wide celebration of the arts held on the second Saturday of every month. Galleries and shops stay open until 9pm and many feature show openings, artist receptions, music, and other special events. Sponsored and promoted by the Beacon Arts Community Association (BACA), Second Saturday is also part of the Art Along the Hudson series of monthly arts celebrations in seven Hudson Valley cities. The evenings are a great way to experience Beacon's vibrant contemporary art scene and to sample Main Street's many shops, cafes, and restaurants.
