Thomas Edward Devine

Division. He was 20 years old and not married when he died.
He was born on September 23, 1949. His tour of duty
began on November 20, 1969. He died on December 16, 1969
in Tay Ninh, South Vietnam in a non-hostile helicopter
crash. His body was recovered.
